Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 5
Description of every page/module: Hi, we have an existing website built in WordPress that has Gravity Forms running to capture about 5 pages of customer information as part of an application for a financial product.
It clearly works and has done for many months but we are concerned by the abandonment rates and looking deeper at the analytics we might be missing some sign ups.
As you can see here: http://screencast.com/t/x4AJ60Yrl there are some empty entry IDs.
We do have a development server that we can use for testing.
