Fixing / Optimising Small Business Wordpress Site

Hi there, after managing a relative's baking business website for a few years, I am looking to tweak a few things to get it running as smoothly as possible. I need someone -

- To FIX:

- Some broken page links
- A few discrepancies on the mobile / tablet site (e.g. a page is not visible, some image resizing)
- Some miscellaneous errors – fonts showing up differently on the backend and frontend, no option to add or edit hyperlinks

- To IMPLEMENT / RECOMMEND:

- Settings for best practice SEO
- Settings to stop business emails from going into customers’ Spam

- And finally, if possible, to speed up the website loading time
