Fix wp contact form & whatsapp chat number & contact form emails

I have a contact form on the homepage and for some reason its not sending me emails with the submitted details

could be a simple email issue or form issue, unsure.

I need whatsapp chat to point to a different phone number on www.smallcarsdirect.co.uk, example attached.

needs to be 074xxxxxxx8.

I am not receiving emails from the part exchange or contact form from www.smallcarsdirect.co.uk, this is CMS perch run website, please check and fix.

I can supply cpanel details and wp details to check and resolve
