Fix wordpress/woocommerce registration issue

Looking to fix a woocommerce registration problem on my wordpress website.

There is a new problem with two users registering on my site as members to post work. I don't know why as it all worked fine before. Two users have had an issue to register now, it may be just confined to those users inputting details in incorrectly (I know at least one user inputted details incorrectly previously so their email address is stuck in the system) or a problem with the registration/subscription setup process.

Please could you fix this issue so both users can re-register using their same details (email address) without receiving error messages? Thanks

I'm on a budget obviously so please don't bid on the project if you're not happy with the price.
