Fix. Woocommerce not showing some orders in orders list

E-commerce site uses recently updated Wordpress and Woocommerce 3.6.5. This problem was also the case before the updates.

Sometimes when customer completes order we both get order confirmation e-mails but orders do not show on Woocommerce>Orders list, they're also not in spam, junk, draft or other tabs.

The site is heavily dependent on many third party plugins so maybe this cause some misfunction.

We need a wordpress/woocommerce professional to determine the problem and possibly fix it.

We have a list of "ghost" orders that happened over the last couple weeks. It's approximately a 15% of all orders.
