Finishing Touches for Custom Wordpress Theme. Pages Are Delivered, Posts aren't

Description of every page/module: I have converted a website from Joomla to Wordpress and created a custom wordpress theme. The website is currently live : - http://www.e-payrollsolutions.co.uk. I've added the wordpress loop to the template and the pages are being delivered. However, the blog posts are not being delivered as hoped for and expected.
Description of requirements/features: I would simply like someone to access the theme and get the blog posts to display as expected. Currently when I try to show all of the blog posts only one is displayed and the tags, date etc are not displayed. The 'news' page on the site will be the location for the blog. I imagine for a wordpress expert that this will be a simple troubleshooting and fixing exercise.
