Finish off an uncompleted WordPress project

I have a WordPress site that was almost completed, but the developer was unable to finish the job.

I am now looking for someone to take the job, and finish it off by referring to the original creative (PSDs), and notes that we will supply to help you.

Some of the creative is no longer required, e.g. some of the search filters.

A set of notes (in the form of questions asked by the previous developer, or responses from the client) will be provided to interested developers. I have £300 to get the site finished off.
