Few changes on wordpress website & create email signature

General information for the website:

A - Add 6 icons that will lead to pop-up
B - Add 1 photo and some written information ( 2 columns - about 100 words)
C - Create an email signature

I would like to add some info on the homepage. I am attaching the screenprint of how I would like it to look. On the second screenprint, the icons (houses) will work as a button that will open pop-up

when hovering over the icons, a circle will come up and the client will know that it is a button.

I am also providing a sample for the email signature
