Confident with PHP and/or other relevant languages for CMS customization (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Liquid)
Experience building or customizing plugins, themes, or modules
Good understanding of caching, performance optimization, and server configuration (e.g., .htaccess, Nginx)
Reliable, clear communicator, and proactive
Time Zone & Location Preference:
Due to the nature of our projects and the need for close communication, we strongly prefer to work with developers based in nearby countries or within our time zone (Central Europe, UTC+1 ±2h). This makes real-time collaboration easier and helps us avoid time barriers.
