General information for the website: We offer 1 to 1 and small group language training in the UK
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: A few issues have arisen with our language learning website (http:uklp.com) that need the attention of a developer.

1. Contact Form Broken - Needs fixing (for example see http://uklp.com/contact-london)
2. Customisable mailchimp opt in form needs implementing better on site
3. Nav bar on desktop version of site needs fixing to top of screen
4. Once contact form fixed, goal tracking needs setting up on google analytics
5. Map footer widgets on site need to stretch the width of the page (currently only stretch 1/2 page width)
