Existing Website copied onto new domain with some text editing

I am looking for someone to copy my existing website easybuildings.co.uk & put in onto a new domain easybuildings.ca

There will be some minor adjustments required to edit some text from the website in a few areas, for example address on contact us page etc. I will provide instructions on this.

The new domain is easybuildings.ca which is a Canadian version of the website so because the website is managed through Woocommerce & we sell some products on the website you may need to setup a new Woocommerce account for easybuildings.ca or if you can make it so we can change products for both websites within the same existing Woocommerce account that would be helpful.
