Existing HTML Website to Responsive with Elementor

Our Existing Website is 4 years old and needs some changes for example contents needs more "width"
and our mockup (Referenzen) site needs an easy to use plugin to make it more comfortable
A Version 2.0 ..contents will stay

what we absolute dont need is a person that steals a theme and fills it with content without knowledge of coding

Ocean WP and Elementor used in a correct way...with H1 H2 P aragraph working is a must to change text sizes and all global
Also for responive its Important to define Desktop Tablet and Mobil

We would be very happy if you are TOP Certed and have some references experience and skills. We have lots of works also for the future. and our customers only happy if the coding is good
