Lightbox needs to be triggered via site sign up button
Form needs to be build ideally using ninja forms (existing form plugin)
Form data data needs to be sent to Mailchimp list/campaign
Customer confirmation email needs to be generated
Design needs to resemble PSD
Specific technologies required: Ninja form, Wordpress, Mailchimp
