Eliminate render blocking Java-script and CSS in the above-the-fold content etc..

Hello,
I just used this Google testing site to check on my WORDPRESS website. There are several issues that should be fixed, #1-#8.
I already tried to optimize photos but they still need work.
***Important!! I'm already on the front page of Google, so I do not want to do anything that will disturb my existing Google position, current website template, or any text photo information that I painfully built on my own!

1) Please tell me of your experience to fix these issues.
2) how long will it take?
3) what is the price to fix all issues, #1- #8 & get scores past 90% in all areas?
