The changes are:
> Homepage to display a matrix of the most recent posts across all categories
> Allow those submitting a post to upload both a company logo and an image for the post
> Once submitted, posts should be pending, ready for approval
> Add a share to social media function to each post
> Add a download as PDF/word doc function to each post
> Add a dropdown 'My trade association' with a defined list (to be supplied)
> Allow users to change their public profile from their 'account'
