Edits to word-press website

I have a few urgent changes I need done to my website:

1] changing copy on the home page [it will be cut and paste, not changing bits here and there]
2] changing the copy on the 'About' and 'Bioresonance' pages. Again it will be 'cut and paste', not changing bit and pieces here and there.
3] Adding a couple of photos /copy to the Testimonials page

Please let me know how quickly you can do this: I want to respond to an article in the paper in the hopes of them featuring my weight loss programme. I need the changes to be made before sending a link to my website:)
