Duplicate, move and edit a Wordpress website

I would like to duplicate an existing website of mine and move it to a new partition of another existing domain. I want to keep the existing website as it is. I want to make some design changes to the new duplicate website such as logo, colours and fonts. I also want to redesign one of the page templates a little and add a Calendar plugin in order to make bookings for Tourist tours. The plugin will probably have to be modified a little. I also need the payment plugin for Stripe to be implemented for the bookings.

You should be very good at Wordpress and at working with websites, servers and domains. You should also have flair for design and be able to follow design, layout, type and other instructions exactly. I am a graphic designer so I am quite picky.
