Drupal Site Rebuild

Hi,

We have a Drupal Multisite which is built using out of date methods and is not performing satisfactorily. We have had another developer complete an analysis of the site and we would be happy to provide this to any developer who meets the criteria.

We would like the outdated elements of the site to be rebuilt in order to improve the load time among other things.

The site utilises PHP blocks and the load time is over 10 seconds.
