I have a client who has an issue with their Drupal system where an event that is not showing up on the event page. I need this fixed

I know a bit about Drupal, but was unable to resolve this issue, so think this may require someone quite knowledgeable with Drupal

Also I need the Drupal system backed-up and updated

    Hi, when you say "update Drupal", do you mean to update from version 7 to 8 or do you mean update to the most stable currently installed version?

    To update drupal requires full backup, if you have code to drupal core files. After update it will be lost.

    ii. What version of drupal are presently running?
