Drupal Expert (8 Urgent CSS and other changes)

I need an expert Drupal coder and css expert who can do the following 7 tasks:

1: There is a slideshow on homepage. Add touch swipe gesture functionality to it.
2: The text shows weird dotted outline on IE. Remove it. Some other CSS issues on IE's.
3: Allow me to use embedded video script (in tags). currently it only allows me to post direct urls.
4: Clicking on print button makes the format of the page look bad. Have it to have a good format so that print button works perfect and shows exactly what and how its shown on the original page before print button was pressed.
5: Images are not uploaded correctly. Maybe not in correct directory.
6: One of the backend pages need to be made easily editable via backend. Currently its all php code.
7: Little other css issues, line breaks etc.

I need a programmer who can work along with me and can start instantly and complete them right away. No to newcomers and learners please.
