Drag and drop addition in existing Wordpress plugin

I am looking for someone who can add a new feature to an existing Wordpress plugin: Shift8 Portfolio.

In the plugin you can add multiple images in the "gallery" metabox. I am looking for someone who can add a drag and drop between these images and save the new order. 

I'm curious on your thoughts about this. I think a Wordpress expert could arrange this in a reasonable time.. :) So my budget won't be that much! Let me know! Thanks!
