Development work on a Drupal 7 website

At VSO, we're looking for someone to work with on some changes to our Drupal 7-based website www.vsointernational.org.

The site was launched last year and we have an ongoing relationship with the agency we worked with on the build, but are looking for new partners with a proven history of working with Drupal who we can work with on specific projects or when our internal capacity doesn't allow.

Initially, we're looking at making some changes to the donation journey on the site - changing some of the existing functionality and troubleshooting some outstanding bugs, integrating PayPal into the start of the process to increase conversions and creating a new style, alternative front end to support some upcoming donor acquisition activity.
