Development project

This is the second attempt i am making to hire a wordpress developer from PPH . i had hired a PPH participating developer under the name TANIYIA PARMAR FROM PRO TREE CONSULTANTS IN INDIA . who presented a chosen theme full of errors extracted from my company 420 USD and disappeared with the money payed to her through pay pal. So we need to hire another word press expert developer and explain the situation,so we can proceed with development from the beginning to complete my website evgothicjewelry.com as the url now leads nowhere since she took it down so nobody can see her errors . if interested message me and i will respond and explain the project .Thank you
