Developer Needed For Custom E-learning Platform Build

We’re looking for an experienced programmer or development team to build an online e-learning platform for a UK-based training provider. The initial project involves creating a Log-Keeping training course tailored to emergency response workers, with potential for future course expansions.

The platform will deliver video-based training with basic multiple-choice quizzes and automated certification upon completion. It should integrate alongside an existing WordPress website built using Elementor, though a standalone app is also an option depending on scalability needs.

Key Features of the Platform:
CMS Content Management: Approximately 25 sections to be created, using one of 4 templates.
User Authentication: Users log in using client-specific access codes generated within the CMS (no e-commerce required).
Video Delivery: Users progress through short, unskippable videos (must watch to the end).
Certification: Automated PDF certification generated upon course completion.
Admin Functionality: Management of clients, users, and access codes via the CMS.
Course Structure:
Each of the 25 sections will follow one of the following templates:

1. Video Only: Watch a short video, then proceed. (Video content prepared separately).
2. Multiple Choice Questions: Simple questions based on the preceding video.
3. Video & Log Entry: Watch a video and then enter free-text notes into a log (4 columns x 10+ rows).
4. Self-Assessment: Review and assess log entries pulled from the previous section.

Course Duration: Expected to take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for the user to complete.

Platform Requirements:
Responsive Design: Desktop-focused, no need for mobile responsiveness.
User Management: Admin dashboard for managing login codes, clients, and users.
Scalability: Platform should be built with future course expansions in mind.
