Develop a customized and fully responsive Christian wordpress website

I need a dedicated worker to build a fully responsive Wordpress website for my Christian organization. I already got the design files and instructions ready in a pdf document and all I want is a designer who will code my ideas into reality. The website is pretty customised with lots of features. However to offset the work load for this price, and for the amount of quality I'm expecting, I'm willing to work with a devoted person who can deliver this in less than 2months.

Considering the work load, a Christian and anybody with a heart for the word of God can bid since I need dedicated people. Religion doesn't matter though, it's just a plus.
