Design of Joomla Template for Website

I require a new Joomla design template for my clothing website. The website is currently on Joomla version 1.7.2 and has been built using a number of templates and module extensions. The site is currently very simple and I am looking to make it more professional and dynamic looking. The website is basically a shop front as all of the shopping cart facilities is done through an external website and linked through iframes (this is the only way to connect with the the external website). Therefore basically what I require is the following:

* More professional looking website but using the current module extensions - for example the menu system needs to stay the same as it took me an age to set up!!
New Joomla template which incorporates facebook & twitter icons
* Design of header images to incorporate the Proud County logo and images
* The tempate should have a 'whats new' area on the homepage where new designs can be promoted from time to time
*I would like a grid design on the home page where tshirt designs can be viewed. This will have to be via an image gallery as the shopping cart facility is not dynamically linked to the webste (if that makes sense!!)
