Design code, edit template & post Wordpress video site

I want to find a Wordpress specialist who is able to effectively build, customise coding, edit an exciting template and upload to a new URL . Maintaining our brand identity is vital - www.armageddonfitness.com is our site URL so you get a feel of what we want.

The Wordpress site will be based upon the 'Detube' template found on www.themeforest.net unless you suggest otherwise based upon the outline below.

We want to be able to add the following options if possible:
- (VITAL) add a bespoke search tab that will allow us to add (up to 20) codes in a input table that will then correspond with YouTube videos and be displayed. Aim: to generate a series of workout codes (example: U55, L34, CA09, S87, CO61) that when entered will display the 5 mini-video clips of the instructor demonstrating it on one page.
- an interval stopwatch/timer that, if selected, counts down and has rest period indicator on each page (preset times of 15min, 30min, 45min).
- we will be removing many unnecessary elements to focus on just the video/link integration and so many Blog elements can be removed (time saving)
- display a scrollable library of the moves in code sequenced order (example: U001, U002...etc) that is easily expanded via cms.

Communication is essential to ensure we are both on the same page but this should be a fun project with scope to maintain our relationship moving forward.
