Design a simple informational website in Wordpress

General information for the website: 2 devices under Products
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 10
Description of every page/module: website will be similar to http://www.rongtatech.com/ but will only have 2 products and will not have QC, R&D, News on top
Description of requirements/features: 1. Need to pick a nice theme with top bar and drop downs as well as the options on the left similar to http://www.rongtatech.com/

On the left side we will feature 2 printers:
Thermal Receipt Printer SPS TRP78
and
Impact receipt Printer SPS IRP42

On top we will have button Home, products (drop down with 1 item POS Printers), Download (drop down with 2 items: Manuals, drivers), Contact us

need a separate page for each printer which will feature pictures, specs, links to drivers similar to the website I mentioned.

After the work is done will need to upload it to the hosting site and make sure it is operational.

Please note that since that I expect to have revisions since we don't even have an exact concept now so this should be included in price
