Customize a WordPress Page

I need to customize and improve one page on our wordpress website – link given below. The aim is to improve the time visitors spend on the page by improving the look and the load speed. You will replace the image on the page, format font sizes, etc. I will provide a rough suggestion of how the page should look on a power point to the selected freelancer. Please provide samples of previous work. Please note that I rely on PPH reviews to make a selection.
