Customization of WordPress VIDEO theme site (please read entire post)

I am looking for customization of my current WordPress platform. I am currently working with the VideoCraft theme.
I therefore need a WordPress designer who has *demonstrated* experience with this theme or a similar video themes such as VideoTouch, VideoTube, Video Theme, VideoPress, SnapTube, SlimVideo, TrueMag etc.

I need the following customization done for my site:

-I need a distinct page for people entering the site who have NOT logged in (a page where they can log in, register or fill out a contact form to get more information). On this page, people who visit the site (but have not logged in) will not be
able to see the full menu of the site.

-I will therefore need log-in, registration and password management functionality

-Once the user logs in, they should be able to access the full menu of the site, but also click on their profile and see
their dashboard (so each registered account will have a dashboard/profile)

-I would like users who are viewing videos to be able to add the videos to their favorites and track what videos they have
already watched.

-I would also like the users to access additional downloads associated with the video (so when the user clicks on the
video page, there will be a sidebar for them to download additional files, or click on links which will take them to
quick online assessment.

-Extra (but not mandatory): I have PHP code for an online quiz. I would like the code updated to match the look and feel
of the page

-I would like to customize the color scheme on the site

-Please reply with an overview of how you would do the customization (no code necessary), just how you would approach the above

-Please also reply ONLY with *relevant* examples of work you have done with *WordPress video themes*.

-Please include any questions you may have. I will only provide the link to the website with the designer who is
awarded the bid. The website is in development phase, no major changes have been done to it.

Any replies that do not include an overview of the design approach and specific examples with WordPress video themes
will be removed.
