Customization of Real Estate Wordpress theme to add features

Description of requirements/features: I have purchased the following WP template for my real estate website.

It is already installed and hosted on server. However I would like to add few more small features (with customization). The following are those features:

1- Improving Agent Directory page, add search agent based on city, area and UI enhancement
2- Introduce Location for search in addition to City in the criteria
3- Add Marla and Kanal in the Area Field to be used for filter - These two units are used to measure the size of property
4- Show one column grid at right side of search screen instead of half-half view (optional) - currently the search screen shows 50-50 % map and grid results
5- Allowing anyone after registration to list property. Currently only Registered Vendors can add property
6- Add google analytics for website pages, so I can track site usages and customer engagement
7- Customize new projects page where new developments will be listed
8- Adding a grid view (after searching properties ) with properties listing in 3-4 columns

Its an urgent task and need to be done ASAP (ideally by end of Thursday 31st March). Please provide your quote including cost and how much time you will need to deliver the above changes. You must have excellent relevant experience and skill to deliver this as I have no chance of failure. The work will require skills in WP, MySQL, PHP and scripting etc.
