Customise WordPress theme to match PSD

General information for the website: Brochure site
Description of requirements/features: I need someone to customise a theme and populate content to match a provided PSD.

Theme is already installed on a dev site you'll be given access to.

PSD is a one page layout structured like this:
Header slider
Intro copy
Parallax image
Portfolio grid (you don't need to populate the portfolio or style the individual portfolio pages)
About section (images and copy)
Another parallax image
Google map embed
Contact form

There's nothing very technically challenging about this job but I'd like someone with good WordPress experience who will do things sensibly.

Good English is vital so I can explain things properly.

I'm looking for a reliable individual to collaborate with on an ongoing basis so I probably won't respond to cookie-cutter proposals from agencies.
