Customise & Improve Existing Wordpress Website - Immediate Start

I have a Wordpress Website. On the whole I like the website. However, I need some customization done to it, and I want to make some improvements. I am currently trying to some sketch/wireframes using Balsamiq (http://balsamiq.com) so that I can show the chosen designer what I want the end site to look like.

You need to be very good on the design part as well as the development part. I have given an estimated figure on what I am expecting to pay. However, you can put a lower or higher figure on what you think would be the right price for this job. I am happy to pay good money to someone who can "wow" me. I would even consider pay a "job done well" bonus to the person who does a superb job and "wow"s me what they have done. The bonus could be up to 50%. It would have to be really great. And it's discretionary.

I would welcome thoughts ideas on how to improve the look and design of the site. All the work will need to be completed by 31 November, so you have about 20 days to do it all. It's not much work. For someone who know's their stuff they could probably do all of it in 1 or 2 days.

Send me some examples of sites you have done. I normally work with freelancers or one man band businesses. However, I will consider agencies.

I like sites for SAAS/Cloud Products or Apps.

I will email the link of the site to the person I shortlist. I expect to have me Wireframes done hopefully by tomorrow. But I can send you the exiting site link immediately.

The selected person will need to start immediately, and will need finish the work done within the agreed time. I will pay 25% deposit on Escrow. The rest on completion. Lastly, your feedback on PPH or elsewhere is important. Otherwise you need to provide good references.
