Custom WordPress Gravity Forms Addon

We wish to capture our customers signatures by giving them the functionality of taking a picture using a webcam or the camera on their mobile device.

This functionality would need to be accessible in gravity forms integration with gravity forms in required.


1. A custom field in gravity form is required, the custom field must have the following
a. Be responsive to be compatible across a wide range of devices
b. Able to select whether the image is colour or greyscale
c. Able to set the field to a required field
d. Able to use the field in conditional logic
e. Set which camera to utilise on the device if device has more the one camera e.g. (front camera, rear camera)

2. Front end functionality
a. A click of a button will enable the camera to be used from a mobile device / laptop or webcam ready for an imaged to be captured
b. The image can be captured with a click of a button
c. An option to reset / take another photo avlaible in the event the image is not good quality
d. When image is captured a cropping tool is available to adjust the image so that the user can crop their signature

3. Cross browser / device compatibility
4. Image to be stored along with other form data in gravity forms
5. Compatible with Gravity Form Webhooks addon due to data be POST to 3rd party services upon submission
