Custom wordpress build from existing design

I have designed a website which I would like built as a site, using Wordpress as the platform so that I am able to go in and add/edit projects when necessary and make other minor changes.

The final build must replicate the design exactly – as this is a design portfolio, it's very important that it looks just as I've designed it.

Ideally, I'm hoping this project will lead to developing a relationship with the developer, as I have many clients who would benefit from custom Wordpress theme design.

There are one or two aspects that needed to be added, but the attached file shows the final design. All files will be supplied to the developer upon commencement of the project.
