Integration module with WiZiQ virtual classrooms technology

Description of every page/module:
We are using WizIQ (virtual learning classrooms) for educational platform
student will be choosing some classes from different courses to attend
School manager will create the course , and the teacher will create the class.

We need to create a custom module to implement the following :
1- Enabling any content type to be a course in WiZiQ by sending : date and time (from / to)
2- Enabling any content type to be a class in WiZiQ by sending : date time (from / to) , speaker name , number of seats to be booked for this class.
3- Any subscribed user in the content type ( class) , or any ordering user by drupal commence can book a seat in WIzIQ ,,, by sending : user id , class id ,,,
the returned value will be : the URL of the WiZIQ seat
