Custom fields in Paid Membership Pro checkout

I have a platform that uses Paid Membership Pro to restrict access to certain pages - users can access it through subscription. This subscription is paid through Paid Membership Pro and the checkout requires you to fill certain fields, as you usually do on a checkout page. I want to add custom fields to this to accommodate for the EU rules that requires me to know the location of the buyer. So I need to add address and a short list of other fields. Of course, they need to hook up with Paid Membership Pro profiles, the payment system etc. This is very common work for Paid Membership Pro, and is supported by an addon http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/collect-information-checkout/. So it's not a fully custom code, you should be able to put it together following their tutorials etc. I of course foremost choose proposals who have experience with PMPro.

Modify Paid Membership Pro checkout page to also accommodate country, address, city, state, postcode, first name, last name

Correct installation of fields
All fields display correctly across all checkout pages
Information is correctly linked to their profile pages
Payment works flawlessly
Stripe accounts for relevant new information
