Custom build CMS website to hand over to client to self manage from PSDs

I have an Interior design client who has previously had wordpress custom site so is looking for similarly easy to manage revamp of their existing site.

Needs to be able to add in new projects as they are completed. Needs therefore to be able to crop images to square format within the admin area, and add them to correct pages. Also needs to link to Pinterest page (from 'inspiration' link in main menu), and have a direct email link from all pages, primed with the Subject as 'Website Enquiry'. Also needs a link to Velvet's own website as a credit.

There's 4 main menu titles, one is a gallery/portfolio where when thumbnails are selected shows whole project as lightbox style larger images over background screen. If there are many images it will spread across a series of pages for each project, as only 9 images can show on screen in one go.

One is a services page where we want to have an image showing the service and have a paragraph of text adjacent to it. As they offer many services there may be a need for a fine scrollbar to one side so viewer can run down the page to see more.

One is a general biography. This will have an image and text only, the simplest page.

I have drawn up a 960px wide PSD to demonstrate each page as a group of layered files.

Am attaching below some screen shots to show the look and style we want to achieve. Image sizes may vary from square to rectangular to make the best fit on screen, but it gives you the idea.

Site will need to auto resize to suit mobile and tablet devices as well please, without loss of design integrity.

I need to get this turned around by next Weds (19th June) so I have time to complete the input of imagery and client can then add text content before a launch event on Friday 21st June - sorry its such short notice. Can you please provide a cost for build, which will include each page being set up in the style shown, so that all I need do is ad images and text into them.
