CRM - Software

I am looking to have a software/CRM designed it will be quite simple there is a lot of programmes out there but its all to much information.

I have room rental business so it is just to have landlords details, property details and tenants details below is a link to something that is kind of what I need but with less if you know what I mean?

Not sure even you can even do this? I am a small business so do not have much budget but hopefully the business will grow.
