Creation of a one page website with ecommerce to sell a book.

We have a book that will go on sale at the end of March 2019. The project is to help me set up a single wordpress page. When the book is published I want to point traffic to this wordpress page so that traffic can purchase the book via an 'ADD to Chart' paypal link.

I’ve spoken to various web developers and the costs quoted have so far been beyond what I’m looking to pay. I have robust knowledge of web work but fall just short of being able to complete this whole process on my own.

I have set up an email address for the project.
-Purchased the domain name.
-Set up a paypal account.
-I have all the images and text content and a site structure (one page)
-I have a wordpress login linked to the new email address.
-I’ve selected the wordpress theme.

I need assistance in the design work for the page. I want it to look polished and professional. This is where i want to spend my budget.

I need the site migrating to a free hosting server on completion. I also plan to potentially develop this one page into other pages in the future.

I also have a second web project i'd like to discuss with the succesful freelancer.
