Create Wordpress website for a self-catering accommodation

I have a current website, www.salachran.info, which advertises a single holiday cottage on the Isle of Mull on the West Coast of Scotland. It has a live availability and online booking engine.

I’d like the website rebuilt on Wordpress, with the same functionality. Doesn’t need to be exactly the same design as current (as it’s pretty awful!). But something that can incorporate:

- home page
- gallery of photos
- contact us page
- Getting there page
- plug-in to allow live availability and online booking
- Social media links to our Facebook and instagram pages
- useful links page, or “things to do around Mull”.

I plan to use a different domain name, which I would supply, as well as hosting. Would still have the cottage name (Salachran) in it.

The website needs to be able to be updated via the Wordpress CMS so my wife and I can add content, keep the website updated, improve it, upload availability, price changes, add a new page etc.
