Create responsive & SEO friendly Wordpress website

We are a construction company and we're looking for a full functional responsive Wordpress website in accordance to our brand guidelines.

What we need:

• create a simple under construction landing page whilst the site is getting developed.
• Web design - Clean, professional, simple to navigate but modern to give it that fresh innovative look that reflect the company's mission and vision.
• Fully responsive that can be viewed on all screen sizes.
• Main pages : Our story, services, Portfolio, Careers (online form) and contact.
• Cross-browser compatible
• SEO friendly
• Fast loading pages
• Content Management System for the website (CMS)

At completion we expect:

• Website is transferred to hosting once full payment is received.
• Some training on how the website functions and we can manage it ourselves.
