Create a Wordpress blog

I need someone to set up a wordpress blog for me.
Simple looking but there would be set pictures i would like you to source for free or find the correct template to use.
I can provide text for use.
Please indicate
how soon you could start
how much you would charge to set up the blog, set up a free email gmail for the blog to be registered too and be a contact point for the blog, find the background image or template and how soon you could turn this around.
