Create a simple, elegant Wordpress site and train me on maintenance

General information for the website: I am a sole proprietor of a coaching and consulting firm. I would like to create a site to summarize my work and attract new clients.

Packages: A rate sheet for simple consulting and coaching one-off projects.
Testimonials: A module of testimonials to exist on every page, maybe
Description of requirements/features: The site should be very simple, direct and straightforward. I would like it to be easy for me to use.

I do not plan to blog, but I will want to integrate my MailChimp newsletter and social media presence. I would like to host through Wordpress my custom domain.

I will ask for some training on maintenance.

I am very tech-savvy and could certainly create this site myself, but the learning curve feels quite high.
Similar urls: Once awarded the contract I will share with you my current coaching site, which I developed using HTML and Google Sites.
Extra notes: I will supply brand identity. I would like the color scheme to be customizable.
