Convert PSD design to Wordpress template

General information for the website: Property Company - no property plugins required
Description of requirements/features: I am a web developer myself who is very busy and needs some help with some wordpress sites.

I just need someone to change the basic wp 2012 template, and change it into the design I have as a psd.

I just need the home page doing and the other pages in the menu creating but left blank.
