Convert HTML Landing page to Wordpress site for ongoing landing pages use

General information for the website: All content must be editable from within the WordPress Admin
Kind of development: HTML LANDING PAGE TO WORDPRESS LANDING PAGE TEMPLATES

Description of every page/module: We have a responsive landing page template that has been created and approved for style and usability as an html site. However now requires converting into a wp site for our clients to use for ongoing landing pages they wish to create. Eg the site will be for creating multiple landing pages.
We suggest using the Types plugin for this to make each new Landing page a custom post type with a download/submission page but if you have a separate way of doing this please advise.

Description of requirements/features: Areas that are to be fully customisable by them are:
All Headings
Text - including Download Button text and Register Button
Background image(first page and download/thank you page)(does not need to scroll - single image is fine)
Form Field if possible. We certainly need one field that can change on each new landing page
Form Logo(currently Linkedin - needs to be interchangeable)
Responsive throughout

See enclosed PDF for both pages. last two pages are marked in green as to where we require full edit-ability on each landing page.

We will supply the ftp, login and db details to a clean wp install once we have chosen a suitable supplier along with our current html version for you to use the css/html as you please.
You may of course use your own for development server but must be uploaded for client approval to our host/domain.
