Convert current 9 page website to a Wordpresss website

my current website was created in 2008 by a local web designer.
its been added to/amended over the years and is now a 9 page site, including a wordpress blog.

i'd like to convert the website to a wordpress site (so as I can manage it better myself with small edits/changes and for seo purposes.)

im not seeking any changes to the site at this point just to transfer everything I have on my current site over to a wordpress site. I can provide all the images. the social media buttons will need the code, together with google analytics. (im presuming you can take the current code and duplicate in wordpress)

i don't know what my w3eb designer used to creat this current one, ive been advise he used a template but other than that i don't know.

i can provide all access to current website (www.sgi-privateinvestigator.co.uk) hosting account etc.

please advise cost, imescale to complete project and your availability.
