Contact Forms not working

We have two wordpress websites where we are not receiving inquiries from any of the forms on these websites. We have checked all the configuration settings over wordpress end and everything seems to be working fine but not sure why there is no email coming in to our inbox or spam folders..

We need someone to trouble shoot and check the issues while fixing it at the soonest possible. Both websites are using Office365 emails..
