Contact form on Wordpress with specific functionality, for competition

Extra notes: We are about to run a competition and I need the technical side of this built

The idea is to have some introduction text on a post on our Wordpress blog, followed by a contact form. This contact form will allow users to enter in NAME, EMAIL, COMPANY, TITLE OF ENTRY and a free text box.

We'll be asking users to enter their favourite travel destination, where the TITLE OF ENTRY is the title and the free text field is where they describe the destination.

Clicking SUBMIT will then create a draft blog post using their entered information. Blog admins (myself / department) can then log in a manually set these blog posts live (however they will not be included in our main blog index page).

All further steps will be handled manually.
