Configure Wordpress based template

We are looking for someone to customise and build functionality into our Wordpress based website from themeforrest. Some design changes would be needed too to customise the look and feel of the site.

Some of the functionality we need is:
- Configuring payment gateway (already part of the template)
- Automated email based on template design
- Mailchimp integration for newsletter
- Newsletter template/CMS
- Character limiting for certain text boxes
- Change font style

We have a detailed brief of what we require but can only share that with prospective candidates only.

In my experience a proficient developer should find this project very simple and not too time consuming either.

We have a fixed budget for this project at £200; unfortunately we can’t push any further than that. Some after sales support should be assumed in this budget, should something need attention after hand over – bugs, misunderstood configuration for example.
